Is a group of people more likely than an individual leader to bring about a significent change?

 A significant change can be brought by anyone, but I believe a group of people is more likely to bring about change. I have reasons with example to support my statement.

 First, a group of people has more power at their hands than an individual. A group can insist for a change, and this will be taken into consideration by people with higher authorities, whereas, an individual insisting a change might be ignored. This is because there is a significant number of people requesting and higher authorities have to take this into consideration to reduce problems in the future. For example, a trade union can request for an increase in working conditions from an employer, and the employer is more likely to comply to this request because of the strength of many in the union.

 Second, a change by a group of people will be more effective than a change by an individual. This is because a group has more people supporting the change. Also in a group, the members can share their ideas and views,and come up with a change that suits all of them, which will be accepted b non members. For example, a student in a class wants to change the class times, it will not be looked into as other classmates will be affected by this change. Whereas,if the whole class request for a change in the class schedule for a specific time that suits all of them, then this is taken into consideration.

 Third, a group can influence more people to support to the group's change. As a group has a pool of people supporting a change, this will make other people believe that the group is right and will become supporters. For example,if one person shouts out in the public for a change in government policies, the person will be ignored. However, if a group of people protests against government policies,more people will join the protest, and eventually the government will change its policies.

 To conclude, I believe a group of people is more likely to bring about change than an individual, as for above reasons.

Each community in each situation is capable of making its own rules and using them flexibly

  Each community is different from another. It has its own rules, views and beliefs. Therefore, each community in each situation is capable of making its own rules and using them flexibly as they have certain reasons.
  First, each community is different has the right to do things in its own way. It does not like to be told by other communities on how to do things. Each community like to manage its own maters. For example, a Sinhalese community does not like to do things like in Muslim community. Therefore, it is its own right to do things in its own way.
  Second, each community believes in different things. It has its own beliefs passed down from generations and would not want to believe in others' beliefs. For example, one community many believes that adultery is a crime, while another is a normal thing.
  Third, situations in each community seem different from another. Things in each community happens differently. Then, the community has to face in a different way. Therefore, it will has to have rules that suits them.
  In addition, each community will has to have rules that are flexible for it. The members want to behave and face things in their own way. Therefore, flexibility of rules are important for each community.
  In conclusion, I think each community is capable of making its own decisions.

Should Only Marriage Between One Man And Women Be Legal In Sri Lanka

  I think only marriage between one man and a women be legal in Sri Lanka. There are various reasons for my opinion.

  First, it is economically sustainable to have a marriage between only a man and a women. Sri Lanka is a developing country and many people do not have a high income. I a person has more than one relationship, it will be difficult for him to mange alone and support other women.

  Second, it is psychologically stressful to have more than one relationship. If a person has many relationships, he has to keep all his partners satisfied and treated equally. He will not have enough time to think of his own desires and problems.

  Third, it is easy to have an organized society. The government will not have problems getting people visas to other countries. It is easy for the government to gather and organize data on the society. Also, businesses can target their products to the right market, which will make them more money, therefore more business will start up in the country.

  To conclude, I think monogamy should be practiced in Sri Lanka because of above reasons.

  Food is any substance or material eaten or drunk to provide nutritional support for the body or for pleasure. It consists of ingredients originated from plants and animals. Food can be anything that is edible or nutritional. Food in various countries differs as the cuisine tends to vary according to the culture. There are food that is considered a delicacy in one country, but they are disgusted in another country. Even-though some food are disgusted, they can be nutritional.

Monkey's brain

 Here are few examples of bizarre food. First example, balnut, also known as duck fetus. It is a fertilised duck egg, which has an embryo is still growing. This considered a delicacy in Vietnam, Cambodia and Philippines.This is considered a high protein, hearty snack. Second example, rats,which are eaten in parts of the world where food supply is limited, such as North Korea. This is described as being tough and stringy, with a taste like chicken.Third example, spiders, which are eaten in Cambodia. The texture is described as crispy-chewy and some say it tastes similar to crab. Fourth example, kopi luwak, which are coffee beans that come from civet's solid waste. This is the most expensive coffee in the world, with the prize ranging from $120 to $600 per pound. Last example, monkey's brain, which is eaten in parts of China. The monkey is usually alive, when its brain is being eaten. These are few examples of food that are considered bizarre in most cultures.

 In brief, there are food that is considered delicacy in one country, while being disgusted in another. Most of these food are eaten various reasons, such as for survival and nutrition. The examples mentioned above are all delicacies in their country of origin.
